Alexander T. Da Via

Mr. Da Via is an accomplished senior-level attorney holding over nine years of progressive experience as an immigration law practitioner. His practice areas span virtually all facets of U.S. immigration law, focusing primarily on complex business and high-skill nonimmigrant visa cases. His connection to immigration is also personal. Mr. Da Via’s paternal grandfather immigrated as a young child from the Province of Belluno, Italy to Detroit, Michigan in the 1920s. Before that, his great-grandfather came to the U.S. temporarily at age 17 to work in the coal mines of Pennsylvania. On his grandmother’s side, her parents immigrated from Sicily and the Province of Frosinone as adults in the 1910s, settling first in New York City before moving to Detroit. These roots inform Mr. Da Via’s passion for immigration law and his commitment to guiding clients through the process with care and precision.
